Terms of Use of the E-Procurement Application
PT MRT Jakarta

I. General Policy

  1. Procurement through e-Procurement is subject to regulations that have been specified in the terms of PT MRT Jakarta.
  2. PT MRT Jakarta has the right to adjust, improve, add or reduce these Terms of Use at any time with or without prior notice.
  3. Every PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement user is bound and subject to changes to the amended/added/reduced provisions.
  4. PT MRT Jakarta does not collect any fees from vendors in every procurement process including the vendor registration process.
  5. Vendor shall update the data and information that has been submitted in PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement, if it does not fit. If there is a mismatch of data recorded on PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement with the real situation, PT MRT Jakarta has the right to exclude vendors in the procurement process.
  6. PT MRT Jakarta decision is final and can not be contested. Vendors are willing to accept all decisions related to the procurement in PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement.
  7. The failure of the implementation of PT MRT Jakarta's e-Procurement program or system caused by circumstances (force majeure) is something that is beyond the control of PT MRT Jakarta, and including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, infectious diseases, Government regulationsare applied after the incident, fire, failure / damage of communication channels, lack of electricity, earthquake or other catastrophe events.

II. Provider or Vendor of PT MRT Jakarta

  1. Vendors who are interested to register as a vendor in PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement must fulfill all the requirements required by PT MRT Jakarta, henceforth subject to evaluation in accordance with the applicable provisions of PT MRT Jakarta.
  2. PT MRT Jakarta has the right to request other supporting documents to prospective vendors if needed in the registration evaluation process.
  3. PT MRT Jakarta has the right to conduct due diligence, including but not limited to site visits, verification or validation validity, correctness, authenticity of the document and/or require additional documents from vendor to vendor selection process every need from time to time.
  4. PT MRT Jakarta has the right to not process or reject the document which has been granted without having to give a reason or any claim to PT MRT Jakarta.
  5. Vendor shall update the data and information that has been delivered in PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement, if it does not fit. If there is a mismatch of data contained in PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement with the real situation, PT MRT Jakarta has the right to exclude vendors in the procurement process.
  6. Vendors are willing to accept all decisions related to the procurement in PT MRT Jakarta e-Procurement. PT MRT Jakarta decision is final and can not be contested.
  7. PT MRT Jakarta can add, adjust or reduce these provisions at any time, with or without prior notice. Each Vendor is bound and subject to the provisions that have been added/subtracted/improved in the PT MRT Jakarta process.

III. Responsibilities for the Use of PT MRT Jakarta E-Procurement

  1. Vendors are responsible for guarding the confidentiality of their password and are responsible for transactions and other activities using his account.
  2. Vendors agrees to notify PT MRT Jakarta if it is aware of the misuse of his account by another party who is not entitled or if there is a security breach of his account via email to [email protected]
  3. Vendors are responsible for all transactions conducted including posting and sending data to PT MRT Jakarta e-procurement
  4. Misuse of the vendor's password and account becomes the responsibility of the vendor and will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions in force at PT MRT Jakarta and the laws and regulations.
