        In accordance with the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in the Limited Cabinet Meeting on January 8, 2019 ("Ratas January 2019"), which basically provides direction so that the management of transportation modes in Jabodetabek can be carried out by one authority in this case the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta where the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta will has control over the company that will manage the mode of transportation. Therefore, the company was formed in order to implement the concept of transportation integration.
